गांधीनगर। गुजरात दौरे के दूसरे दिन प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने गांधीनगर से देश को विकास, सुरक्षा और आत्मनिर्भरता का संदेश दिया। उन्होंने 5,536 करोड़ रुपये की विभिन्न परियोजनाओं का उद्घाटन करते हुए कहा कि अब भारत प्रतीक्षा नहीं करेगा, बल्कि निर्णायक कदम उठाएगा। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने गुजरात दौरे के दौरान विभिन्न शहरों का भ्रमण किया और देशवासियों में देशभक्ति की जोशभरी भावना को महसूस किया। उन्होंने कहा कि यह भावना सिर्फ गुजरात में नहीं, पूरे भारत में मौजूद है। उनका अनुभव यह दर्शाता है कि देश एक नए आत्मविश्वास से भर चुका है।
उन्होंने इतिहास की गलतियों की चर्चा करते हुए 1947 में भारत के विभाजन और उसके बाद हुए पहले आतंकी हमले को याद किया। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर उस समय सरदार पटेल की सलाह मानी जाती, तो पीओके आज भारत का हिस्सा होता और आतंकवाद की जड़ें न पनपतीं।
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि भारत ने अब आतंकवाद को लेकर स्पष्ट नीति अपनाई है। उन्होंने सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक का ज़िक्र करते हुए बताया कि कैसे केवल 22 मिनट में नौ आतंकी ठिकानों को ध्वस्त किया गया, और ये सब कैमरों में दर्ज हुआ ताकि दुनिया को सबूत देने की ज़रूरत न पड़े। उन्होंने पाकिस्तान पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि जब मारे गए आतंकवादियों को वहां राजकीय सम्मान दिया गया, तो यह स्पष्ट हो गया कि यह केवल ‘प्रॉक्सी वॉर’ नहीं, बल्कि घोषित युद्ध नीति है। उन्होंने दोहराया कि भारत इसका जवाब उसी भाषा में देगा। मोदी ने कहा कि भारत की संस्कृति ‘वसुधैव कुटुंबकम’ में विश्वास रखती है, लेकिन जब हमारी सीमाएं लांघी जाती हैं तो देश वीरता से जवाब देता है।
उन्होंने सिंधु जल संधि का हवाला देते हुए बताया कि किस तरह दशकों से चली आ रही गलत नीतियों ने जम्मू-कश्मीर में जल संकट उत्पन्न किया। अब सरकार ने इन बाधाओं को दूर करने की पहल शुरू कर दी है। पीएम मोदी ने 2014 से अब तक भारत की आर्थिक प्रगति का भी उल्लेख किया। उन्होंने कहा कि जब उन्होंने पदभार संभाला, तब भारत 11वीं सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था था, और अब यह दुनिया की चौथी सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था बन चुका है।
उन्होंने 2047 तक भारत को विकसित राष्ट्र बनाने के संकल्प को दोहराते हुए कहा, “अब भारत इंतजार नहीं करेगा। यदि कोई कहे कि समय लगेगा, तो देशवासी कहेंगे— मोदी है तो मुमकिन है।”
